Position Title: Upstream Field HSE Supervisor

Employment Type: 1 year contractual (renewable)

Salary: depending on experience and qualifications plus rotational flight and accommodation

Job Description:

Responsible in implementation of Company drilling, completion and well testing, workover, P&A, well intervention, construction, and civils / well delivery HSE programs & procedures on concerned well/work sites
Coordinates with functional HSE discipline experts on Safety, Health, Environmental, and Security to ensure support is managed within specific Well Delivery Process project timelines
Personally complies with all Company and regulatory Quality, HSE and IT standards and policies and confirm/verify level of HSE policy, procedure and standards implementation and compliance on Company’s upstream worksites including but not limited to Drilling, Completion, Well Testing, Workover/HWO, Well Intervention and Civil Construction operations
Provides regular HSE performance and site condition feedback/reports to the Drilling team, identifying any gaps, shortfalls, non-compliances, and improvement actions taken or to be taken
Conducts regular field site visits (including Contractor facilities when required) and ensures compliance requirements are understood and strictly followed for all applicable regulatory, Contractor and Company NOC Policies, standards and procedures and carries out site HSE walkabouts, inspections, and audits
Ensures the timely identification of HSE hazards, evaluation of risks for all activities and development of effective measures/tools to manage and reduce these risks to ALARP

Qualifications:

Male, 49 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
At least 15 years of total experience in an oil and gas industry; rig site work experience is required
At least 10 years’ experience in an HSE capacity; 7 years in an upstream operational environment
Should have proven experience working and being able to operate effectively within a multi-cultural environment, preferably within UAE and/or Middle East region
Must have a valid OPITO H2S Certification and NEBOSH general certificate
Immediately joiners or with maximum 1 month notice will be prioritized
