• Perform site readiness for installation audit across assigned region. • Conduct spot checks at site to ascertain compliance with approved work process, and test requirements as prescribed in the project Inspection & test plans (ITPs) • Ensure the team’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Rollout is achieved through effective implementation of the region’s, Site Readiness for Installation audit plans. • Deliver timely reports on audit outcomes in line with the operations Quality Manual and stakeholders expectations. • Monitor trends in regional audit outcomes for necessary escalation & communication to the senior specialist, O & M support • Update the regional audit records after every audit • Continually explore creative strategies for capturing and measuring client power requirements • Conduct power system analysis with the aim of improving application. • Manage and close post-audit faults in collaboration with the Rollout team and other relevant stakeholders. • Contribute towards optimization of the function’s OPEX budget via effective implementation of the approved audit plan. • Enhance value across the entire process through continuous proactive engagement with stakeholders on improved and/ or latest audit practices.

Manage electrical engineering projects and deliver them on time from conception to completion • Ensured appropriate measurement of armoured and screen cables is carried out before termination • Maintaining and improving on other engineering processes • Direct and coordinate construction/Installation, Maintenance, documentation and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes and customer requirements. • Developing, reviewing, updating, modifying and approving electrical design • Prepare and submit reports via power point/excel and other asset control on all matters pertaining to job area. • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and apply new system processes • Design new electrical engineering and control systems • Record in documents all electrical design change

Developing, reviewing, updating, modifying and approving electrical design plans & work schedules • Ensure meters on grid-powered sites are recharged and invoices are paid on time to prevent disconnection • Maintaining & improving existing engineering processes • Ensured that cables/circuit breakers, panels, lightning & earthing system is executed according to the scope • Liaising with clients and other engineers to ensure projects are completed to specifications • Participating in conferences, events, networking & learning opportunities • Support plant start-ups-along with commissioning activities
