Job Description


Handle full set of accounts and prepare financial reporting of several entities for review
Perform day to day financial transactions, including accounts receivables and accounts payables duties
Posting of transactions to journals, ledgers, and other record
Ensure receipts are properly recorded and to reconcile AR Aging to ensure completeness and accuracy
Record suppliers’ invoices and prepare payments
Ensure accurate and appropriate recording of revenue and expenses
Perform month end closing and prepare monthly financial statements including quarterly and annual accounts
Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
Prepare financial management reports for analysis purposes
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close processes
Prepare GST reports for quarterly submission
Prepare schedules and provide support to facilitate the annual statutory audit and corporate tax
Assist in any liaising with corporate secretary, ad-hoc reports and duties

Accounting degree or diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience with full set management reporting
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices and principles
Knowledge and experience of accounting applications
Good in planning, organizing and strategic thinking
Strong communication skills and good teamwork
Positive, good working attitude, willing to contribute and able to work independently.
Able to work under pressure to meet reporting deadline, strong attention to detail.
Immediate availability preferred.
