Upkeep of 1.0 msft built-up area of Industrial space in Bangalore. - Operations and Maintenance of Facilities. - Plan budgeting and forecasting Facilities O&M Cost, Investment are within approved frame. - Plan, organize training & development activities for Facilities personnel to in line with individual and Organisational objectives & targets. - Legal requirement review, monitoring, compliance reporting and license renewals from KSPCB, KSFES, BESCOM, CEIG, CGWA & DF & B.

Upkeep of 1.5msft of commercial space in Bangalore. - Facility Maintenance (Fire Protection systems, Treatment plants. Chillers & Refrigeration systems, Hydraulic parking systems, Raw Water systems, HSD Yard) through outsourced vendor. - Followup and Collection of Rentals and CAM Charges from tenants. - Consolidate and summarise report on expenditure details periodically to tenants. - Coordinate with brokers for probable tenants and establishment of rental contracts. - Monitoring and control of expenses related to the facility to keep it under approved limits. - Legal compliance reporting and license renewals from KSPCB, KSFES, BESCOM, CEIG & BWSSB. - Obtain temporary connections for upcoming Projects from Bescom, BWSSB and NOC from KSFES. - Projects Management & procurement related to Steel and finalization of tenders for MEP activities (Electrical, PHE, Fire Protection systems, HVAC – Chillers & VRF units, Interiors) working with Consultant teams.

2007 to 2008 – Project Manager responsible for green field project for setting up of Volvo Bus manufacturing plant. 2009 to 2011 – Maintenance Manager responsible for Maintenance, Safety, Environment functions. - 2011 to 2013 – Project Manager responsible for expansion projects for setting Paint shop, Warehouse, Chassis assy. line, Proto shop, Training Centre & Volvo Buses corporate office (40,000 sq.ft  builtup area) in India. - 2013 to 2019 – Maintenance Manager responsible for Plant & Facility Maintenance, Environment (Legal review, Compliance monitoring & reporting,  Waste management) Real Estate activities (Resource optimization, Master plan development), Industrial Development & Investment planning (Lean Mfg implementation, CI projects, VSM implementation).

Responsible for Maintenance (Plant & Facilities), Environment & Safety,  - Budget planning, monitoring, Forecast and reporting,  - Spares-Consumable planning, procurement and inventory control. - Support Project team in implementation of NPI with identifying Equipment, Facilities requirement. Procurement, installation & prove out.

1998 to 2000 – Mfg. Engr - Plant Engineering role. (Taking over of Facilities from turnkey Projects team and implementing systems for upkeep of all Facilities).  - 2000 to 2002 – Mfg. Engr - Press shop QS9000, TS16949 & ISO14001 implementation, Sheet metal quality assurance, Ford Production systems implementation, Shop budget (Cost & Investment) planning and monitoring. - 2003 to 2006 - Deputy Manager - Final Assembly. -- Quality assurance role (TS16949 implementation, Ford Production system implementation). -- Maintenance role  (Shop Investment and Opex budget monitoring and follow up, ------ Implement FTPM (Ford Total Productive Maintenance), Spares & Consumable management) -- New Product launch role  Launch of Fusion and Fiesta model (Establish Process, Facilities, Tooling and meet Quality, Delivery & Cost targets of New Product in Assembly line and handover to Production).
