Handle a spectrum of HR activities pertaining to employee lifecycle such as onboarding, offboarding, confirmations, performance appraisal, monthly payroll, income tax submissions, etc.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries.
Manage and maintain the new HR system.
Prepare monthly sales reports for the management for budgeting forecast and funds liquidity management.
Manage and monitor the company funds liquidity by working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely payments of invoices.
Manage accounts receivables and accounts payables
Work closely with external accountants and auditors to ensure the accuracy of the financial statements and tax filing.
Preparation and submission of Government Funding, such as childcare leave, maternity leave, etc
Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the company and its resources
Take charge of organizing company events to drive culture, diversity, and inclusivity.
