Job Description

Experience as Business Analyst / Business Consultant / Product Owner / Functional Analyst on projects and applications related to Customer Onboarding, Customer Life Cycle Management, Credit Products Management, Customer Due Diligence, Trade Finance or other similar areas
Knowledge & Skill set:
• Own responsibility of process walkthroughs, business requirements gathering and elicitation
• Experience in agile methodologies
• Develop and document end-to-end roles and responsibilities, including process flows, operating procedures, as well as the required controls
• Direct experience in preparing End-to-End process flows through Microsoft Visio or similar tools
• Direct experience in identifying process improvement and digitization opportunities driven by process gap studies
• Direct experience in management of Product Backlog and Sprint backlog with an ability to create a structure of Epics, Features and User Stories
• Direct experience in brainstorming exhaustive scenarios, process mapping and Root Cause Anaysis
• Direct experience in reviewing Test cases for Functional, Performance and Regression Testing
• Functional knowledge related to Corporate Banking is preferred
• Detailed knowledge on any functional area coupled with technical background to be able to interact with developers, review technical documentation, define functional architecture and coordinate integration testing
• Good understanding of industry best practices in Banking domain
• Excellent documentation, articulation and presentation skills
• Provide transparency around progress status and key risks/issues being faced towards achieving success on the in-flight projects
• Support User Acceptance Testing and User Training
• Bachelor s degree level (or equivalent qualifications/ experience)
• Minimum of 5-6 years experience in related role
• Global experience would be beneficial
• Knowledge of PMI or other similar Project Management disciplines is an add-on
• Drive issue resolution around challenges that crop up during execution of various initiatives
• Self-starter, Tendency to own deliverables and a team player
