This is a customer-facing role, you will also work very closely with Customer teams to ensure the success of our projects and be adaptable to the changes and requests.
•Develop new change requests and ensure the stability of new changes.
•Ability to map new requirements to the correct test cases and execute different testing “Unit, functional, integration and acceptance testing “
•Installation and configuration of solutions on customers platforms (validation and production)
•Create project-specific documents (test cases, user’s guide, requirements documents, acceptance document, deployment documents ).
•Customer support during the validation phase
•Ensure the stability and reliability of the solution
•investigation in and production issue and propose the needed fix
•Prepare and upgrade the solution when a new version is to be deployed
•Provide training on usage of products and new features if needed.
•You have an engineering bachelor’s or equivalent in Telecommunication.
•Working experience with Telecom providers
•Very good knowledge in Linux, and a significant experience in shell Scripting for Unix/Linux
•Good knowledge of Java – ability to maintain and debug current code.
•Knowledge in DIAMETER and UCIP protocols
•Knowledge in Oracle DB and VoltDB is a MUST
•Significant Test skills using tools: SoapUI and Jmeter.
•Experience in using Jira to monitor the progress of new changes and to track issues
•Experience with code versioning tools like bitbucket.
•You are autonomous and able to document processes
•Work on a distributed, high-paced, fast-moving, and disciplined agile team
