Job Description

Job Summary:
– Receive and disburse money and validates checks

Main Responsibilities:

Collecting Cash and Checks
– Receive cash, checks and PDC from the sales and export sales and verify them
– Verify of day’s collection of checks

Collecting Company Credit’s Checks
– Collect Company’s Credit Checks and issue receipts for other miscellaneous remittance

Closing Cash and Check’s Physical Balances
– Close cash and physical checks physical balances and hand over to chief cashier

Reporting
– Prepare bank deposit slips cash and checks for deposits in the bank and deposit all one the same day
– Prepare a summary of cash collected
– Perform all other finance related operations as per the guidelines of chief cashier and the finance manager

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
– 2 to 3 years’ experience as cashier
– Bachelors degree
– UAE Driving license is a must
– Able to work quickly and accurately.
– Confidence in handling money.
– Good English communication skills
