Educational Qualification:
MBA from a Tier 1 Institute
Job Responsibilities:
Technology sector MA experience preferably of working with an Investment Bank in the last 4 years
Strong execution and deal diligence experience
Ability to handle clients with minimum supervision on MA Advisory, Buy Side / Sell Side Research, Idea Generation, Pitch books, Due-diligence assignments, etc.
Ability to interpret, analyze and summarize complex data and turn it into insightful presentations / charts
Typical deliverables include (but not limited to): Detailed valuation reports, financial modeling, MA marketing materials (teasers, CIMs, etc.). pitch books, operational financial benchmarking, investment memos
Ability to independently run due-diligence process and provide deal execution support to clients
Ability to lead a team and groom junior team member
Work professionally and coherently with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Have excellent written and oral communication skills
Efficient in Microsoft Office products, especially MS Excel and MS Power point
Prior experience in using financial databases
